Mussels (Mytilus galloprovinciale) are captured in the galician estuaries and arrive fresh at our premises. We prepared the mussels in our traditional pickle sauce. The pickle sauce is prepared at our premises following a traditional recipe from decades. The pickle sauce ingredients are: olive oil, garlic and paprika.
