Description
The small sardines (Sardina pilchardus) are sourced in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. We clean, select, categorize and put them in the can one by one. All this process is done by hand. We prepare them in olive oil. We offer to market the sardines in three different sizes though all small 12/14, 16/18 & 20/22 pieces per can.
